Juno Validation Toolkit: Beta Data Notice

Privacy Notice: Juno Private Beta

This tool, also known as "Juno", is currently in private beta. Before using it, please read this short notice about how we handle your data.

What we collect

When you use Juno, we store your conversation sessions, any information you share about your business (including your hypothesis, assumptions, and customer profile), and the email address you provide. When you use the Interview Analysis tool, we also process the transcript files you upload and retain a copy of the generated analysis report. This data is necessary to deliver the service and to review output quality during the beta period.

Why we store it

We are a small team manually reviewing outputs to ensure the quality of responses meets the standard we expect before a full launch. Your sessions and analysis reports help us identify where the tool performs well and where it needs improvement. We also use AI-assisted quality checks to support this review process. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Where it is stored

Your conversation and session data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon (neon.tech), a cloud database provider. Neon's privacy policy is available at neon.tech/privacy.

Conversation processing is handled via the Anthropic API, which powers Juno's coaching responses using their Claude language model. Anthropic's privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy. Anthropic does not use API inputs or outputs to train their models.

The Market Intelligence feature uses Perplexity (perplexity.ai) to retrieve current web-based research, and Google's Gemini model via OpenRouter (openrouter.ai) to generate market analysis. OpenRouter's privacy policy is available at openrouter.ai/privacy. Neither OpenRouter nor Google use data submitted via their APIs to train models under their standard terms.

Text embeddings (used to improve conversation continuity) are generated via OpenRouter using OpenAI's embedding model. These embeddings are numerical representations of text, not readable content.

Analysis reports are also written to Notion (notion.so), a third-party tool we use for internal operations. Notion's privacy policy is available at notion.so/privacy.

The Juno frontend is hosted on Netlify (netlify.com) and the backend on Railway (railway.com). Neither platform has access to your conversation content. Netlify's privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy and Railway's at railway.com/legal/privacy.

Quality assurance

A copy of each interview analysis report is retained internally for quality assurance purposes. This is our own record of the output. Your raw transcript files are not retained beyond the processing of your request.

How long we keep it

All data collected during the beta period will be deleted at the end of the test, which we expect to conclude by 1 September 2026. You can request deletion at any time before then.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, or if you have any concerns, contact us at support@sharpinsights.co.uk. Sharp Insight Ltd (T/A Sharp Insights) is registered as a data controller with the ICO.
