Dr Chloe Sharp, Founder

Chloe founded Sharp Insights after repeatedly seeing the same problem: organisations know they need to change, but don't have a structured way to get there. Her background spans product leadership, market research, and commercial strategy across startups, scale-ups and global brands.

She's the author of Make Products That Matter and has helped companies secure over £10m in grant funding by building the commercial case behind the technology. Her PhD in Sociology and Psychology underpins a hypothesis-driven approach: treating business decisions as experiments underpinned by hypotheses, not instinct.

Nominated for Female Lead Award (2019) and Milton Keynes Business Awards (2020)

Simon Sharp, Director

Simon brings the operational and commercial rigour that turns strategic ideas into working realities. He's led multi-million-pound projects at Mercedes-Benz for big brands: Amazon, Ocado and Asda, building business cases, financial models and operational frameworks that make investment decisions defensible.

At Sharp Insights, he leads partnerships, AI tech builds, business development and operations. He applies the same discipline to AI adoption: understanding how an organisation works before deciding what to automate, building the commercial case for implementation, and designing the operational framework that makes AI stick beyond the pilot stage.

Milo, Head of Wellness

Focused on the well-being of all employees, customers and givers of scritches.

Milo always puts the customer first, unless there is ‘chicken’ or ‘ball’, then they come first. An excellent, active listener, Milo encourages a “back to nature” approach, favouring walking meetings and a regenerative leadership style.

Deeply motivated by eco-friendly topics, he believes we should be in the woods anytime we are not asleep. What he lacks in meeting etiquette, he makes up for in tail wags.

His favourite quote: “Behind every great company, there is a great dog.”
