Mentors may tell you to stop building and speak to people, but speaking to customers is difficult. What to ask, how to synthesise data, how to stay objective and what they will pay.

We'll take you on the journey of discovery interviews, validating assumptions to find product-solution fit and building a portfolio of evidence for product development, grant applications, investor pitches, and marketing messaging.

VALIDATE: Demand Validation Sprint

Customers say they love your product, but will they actually pay for it? Will early adopters actually use it? Is there a customer-solution fit?

We'll take you through product experiments using landing pages and ads, willingness-to-pay/usage intent testing and measure demand. You'll build evidence to de-risk the build, validate, and early commercial signals for grant applications, investor pitches, and product roadmaps.

ACQUISITION: GTM/Distribution Sprint: Channel Validation for Scalable Growth

8 weeks | 12 places per cohort

You've proven product-market fit. Now you need to work out how to reach customers without burning through runway testing channels that won't scale. Moving from founder-led sales to repeatable acquisition requires testing distribution channels rigorously before committing budget.

We'll take you through channel validation using frameworks based on buying journey research, designing experiments with clear kill/scale criteria, and conducting 10-15 buyer interviews. You'll calculate unit economics by channel, identify defensible distribution, develop channel-specific messaging, and build a GTM/Distribution Strategy that documents which channels work, what they cost, and how to scale them.

BUILD: Product Testing IRL Sprint: Trial/Beta/Pilot Design for Success

7 weeks |12 places per cohort

You've built something. Now you need to prove it works in the real world and generates the commercial evidence funders and investors require. Testing in deployment conditions is different from proving PMF. You need rigorous trials that produce defensible data, not just testimonials.

We'll take you through trial design with systematic feedback collection, measuring usability and behaviour change, and converting trial data into product iterations and commercial evidence. You'll conduct 10-15 structured interviews, implement measurement tools, and produce testing reports that document PMF signal strength and commercial viability for grant applications, investor pitches, and product roadmaps.
