Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Juno, Theia, and Caplan products (the “Services”) provided by Sharp Insight Ltd, trading as Sharp Insights (“we”, “us”). By signing in or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Beta status
The Services are in private beta. Features may change. The Services are provided without guaranteed uptime. Data you submit may be deleted or migrated when the beta ends, subject to our Privacy Policy. We may pause or end the beta at any time.
3. Eligibility and account
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must sign in with a valid email address.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- One account per person.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
- Upload personal data about third parties without their consent. Interview transcripts must be handled in line with your own privacy notices to interviewees.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Services.
- Submit harmful, malicious, or deceptive content.
- Use the Services to build or train a competing product.
- Submit an unreasonable volume of requests.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process Your Content solely to provide the Services to you. We do not use Your Content to train AI models and we do not sell it.
6. AI output and its limitations
The Services use AI models. You acknowledge that:
- AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or biased.
- AI output is not a substitute for professional advice, whether legal, financial, medical, or otherwise.
- You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI output before relying on it.
- We do not guarantee any specific outcome, for example investor funding or customer acquisition.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including our software, branding, documentation, and methodology, are owned by Sharp Insight Ltd. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.
8. Fees
The Services are free to use during the private beta. We will give reasonable notice before introducing any fees.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Services.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be excluded under English law.
For all other claims, our total liability is limited to GBP 100 or the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
