Confidentiality
- The strictest levels of confidentiality will be maintained unless release is required by law.
- Sharp Insight Ltd, trading as Sharp Insights will be clear to clients about the conditions under which confidentiality will not be maintained (e.g. illegal activity, danger to self or others etc.)
Record keeping
- Sharp Insights will hold written client records.
- Client records will be maintained, stored and disposed of in a manner which promotes confidentiality, security and privacy and complies with applicable laws.
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
- Clients are politely requested to give at least 24 hours notice to change or cancel their appointment to avoid any cancellation charge.
- If a client cancels or reschedules within the notice period, clients can keep their session credit; otherwise, they lose their session credit or pay the session fee. However, if there is an emergency or illness that prevents attendance, Sharp Insights will offer to reschedule or extend a later session, if possible.
- To reschedule a session(s), Sharp Insights requires a minimum notice period of 24 hours. However, in situations where there is a valid reason to reschedule, such as a work conflict or family emergency, Sharp Insights will be flexible and accommodating to find a mutually convenient and alternative time for the session.
- Sharp Insights offers a free initial consultancy and no refund policy.

- Sharp Insights complies with the EMCC code of ethics.
- Association of Business Mentors member.
- Sharp Insights is ICO registered.
