Team and Partners

We started Sharp Insights because we kept seeing the same thing. Great ideas, weak commercial foundations. So we decided to do something about it.

Our Team

Dr Chloe Sharp

Dr Chloe Sharp

Co-Founder

Chloe spent years watching technically brilliant businesses build the wrong thing and decided she wanted to help to fix that.

She's the author of Make Products That Matter, which has helped companies secure over £10m in grant funding, and holds a PhD in Health Psychology. That last one matters more than it sounds; it means she treats every business decision as a hypothesis to be tested, not a gut feeling to be backed.

A qualified coach, she's at her best with founders and leaders who know something needs to change but aren't sure where to start. She's probably already got three questions you haven't thought of yet.

Simon Sharp

Simon Sharp

Co-Founder

Simon's background is in making big decisions defensible. He's led multi-million-pound projects at Mercedes-Benz, built business cases for Amazon, Ocado and Asda, and has a habit of finding the operational flaw everyone else missed.

At Sharp Insights, he makes sure the strategy actually works in practice. He leads on internal AI builds, partnerships and business development.

Two founders. One who digs into the evidence, one who makes it work in practice. That's the combination.

Milo, Head of Wellness

Milo

Head of Wellness

Focused on the well-being of all employees, customers and givers of scritches. Milo always puts the customer first, unless there is 'chicken' or 'ball', then they come first.

An excellent, active listener, Milo encourages a "back to nature" approach, favouring walking meetings and a regenerative leadership style. Deeply motivated by eco-friendly topics, he believes we should be in the woods anytime we are not asleep.

What he lacks in meeting etiquette, he makes up for in tail wags.

His favourite quote: "Behind every great company, there is a great dog."
