Customer Discovery Bootcamp
One day to go through the full process. You'll leave knowing how to find out if your idea is worth building and how to use AI to do it faster.
This is a hands-on working day for founders and product teams who want to run customer discovery properly. Not a lecture. You'll work through each stage live, using AI tools alongside the methodology, we demonstrate, you do.
Morning | 9:30–12:30 We start with the foundations: defining your ICP, building hypotheses worth testing, designing research that generates real insight, and learning how to have customer conversations that reveal what people actually think rather than what you want to hear. We'll cover when to use generative versus evaluative research, and where Jobs to Be Done fits in.
Afternoon | 1:00–4:00 We bring in the tools. You'll work with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and specialist AI research tools, including Juno, to accelerate analysis, surface patterns, and pressure-test what you're hearing. We'll cover how to read the signals (green light vs. pivot), and how to turn your discovery outputs into something useful: grant applications, pitch decks, GTM strategies.
