CoSTAR: Mentoring Early-Stage CreaTech Founders

Challenge: Early-stage CreaTech founders on the CoSTAR Evolve programme needed tailored support to develop their businesses alongside their technology, helping them make clearer commercial decisions as they progressed through the programme.

Approach: Mentored five early-stage companies over six months as part of the CoSTAR Evolve programme. Provided regular one-to-one support, helping founders work through grant strategy decisions, commercialisation challenges, test assumptions, prioritise activity and make evidence-based decisions around their propositions, markets and next steps.

Outcomes

  • Mentored five early-stage CreaTech companies over a six-month programme

  • Provided tailored one-to-one commercialisation support based on each company's stage, technology and priorities

  • Helped founders identify and work through key commercial assumptions and decision points

  • Supported teams to strengthen their propositions, market thinking and commercial priorities

  • Provided continuity and accountability as companies developed through the Evolve programme

"Everyone who has worked with Chloe has been singing her praises. We really appreciate the effort, value and expertise she has brought to our teams." - Nicole Stewart-Rushworth, CoSTAR
