CreaTech Digital Twin Business: Grant Coaching and Project Scoping

Challenge: An early-stage CreaTech business developing digital twin technology wanted to apply to the Digital Catapult Digital Twin Accelerator, but needed support to shape the project, interpret the opportunity and develop a strong application without outsourcing the writing process entirely.

Approach: Delivered a two-part grant coaching workshop focused on project scoping and application development. Worked with the team to clarify the project proposition, align it with the accelerator requirements, identify the strongest evidence and commercial narrative, and structure the application. Provided guidance through the writing process so the founders could develop the submission themselves with expert input and challenge.
