Global Enterprise: AI Adoption, Agent Piloting and Internal Capability

Approach: Delivered a three-part AI adoption programme combining a live operational pilot, skills development and internal capability-building. The first module focuses on co-building and testing a CoPilot-based customer information agent, including workflow mapping, data structure, prompting, user testing and iteration. The second provides practical Copilot skills sessions covering email, meetings and data analysis. The third develops an internal group of AI Champions using hands-on workshops and one-to-one support to help participants design and test simple role-specific agents using a structured Sharp Insights AI Agent Canvas.
